Retest Information
NOTIFY THE USC FOUNDATION OFFICE AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE EXAM TO RETAKE IT.

All training course attendees are eligible to retake the exam for up to 12 months after initially taking a USC Foundation training course.
Only those portions of the written and/or performance exam* that have not been passed will need to be retaken.
*Performance exam - Those not passing any portion of the performance exam will be required to retest all portions of the performance exam (RP, DC, PVB and SVB).
Attendees eligible for the retest are required to call the USC Foundation office 866-545-6340 to sign up.
NOTE: RETEST STUDENTS MAY NOT SIT THROUGH THE WEEK COURSE WITHOUT REGISTERING WITH PAYMENT

Anyone can request non-guided practice time at the Foundation laboratory. Please get in touch with the Foundation to set up an appointment.
